Welcome to Glxy Studio. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile applications or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. User Generated Content
Our apps may allow you to upload content (e.g., photos of rocks for identification). By uploading content, you agree that:
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, explicit, or violates the rights of others.
- License: You grant Glxy Studio a non-exclusive license to process your content strictly for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., analyzing an image). We claim no ownership over your original content.
3. Subscriptions & Refunds
We work with trusted partners to manage payments:
- Apple App Store: Purchases on iOS are subject exclusively to Apple's Terms and Conditions. We cannot process refunds for Apple transactions directly; you must contact Apple Support.
- Android/Google Play: Refunds are limited to accidental purchases claimed within 48 hours.
4. Termination & API Use
We strive to provide a safe environment for all users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:
- Abuse the API: Attempt to overload, flood, or maliciously attack our backend infrastructure (e.g., Firebase, RevenueCat).
- Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or copy our proprietary source code or algorithms.
- Violate Terms: Breaching any part of these Terms of Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "AS IS". Glxy Studio is not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in our AI-based identifications or generations.
